no, not quite, its the analogue terrestrial version of S4C (Wales), which is mostly Channel 4 programmes, but has Welsh programmes at main viewing times, very low bit rate video though.

This is actually the full Channel 4 station (albeit at almost zero bit rate), not the S4C analogue service.

On a digibox Im just seeing "S4C" and "7308" both carrying "Pobol Y Cym" right now (no EPG data on 7308)
