Well, I just booked flights to Krakow in October for my buddy's birthday (God, i'm so organised).

I'm just about to look into accomodation at the moment and said I'd ask the boards travel gurus if there were any reccomendations first !

Two males, 24/25, hotel/apartment, not excessively expensive !
Anyone stayed anywhere they'd reccomend there ?
I'm trudging through tripadvisor at the moment too.

Also any other advice etc. would be greatly welcomed as always.

Stayed in Hotel Pollera, just off Market Square. Close to everything, and a twin room shouldn't set you back too much. It's pretty basic, but I'd stay there again.

I posted a review of it on TA. http://www.tripadvisor.ie/ShowUserReviews-g274772-d276790-r7389446-Pollera-Krakow_Southern_Poland.html

Just back. Check out Landels hotel - only open a couple of weeks. 4 star hote, friendly staff, 5 mins walk from the main square in town, no need for taxi home from pubs etc.
