we're looking to buy a campervan, would this show be worthwhile visiting to get an idea of makes/models/fits outs etc..

Also, do these shows traditionally have used motorhome sections?

    thanks

Most shows only have new motorhomes for sale. When i was at the show in the RDS they had boards with pics of second hand ones for sale. Most motorhome retailers are expected to be there so you could ask about. Donaghy motorhomes seems to be the most popular with both new and second hand motorhomes. He has a very good selection of both new and secondhand motors. He also has a good back up on sales for both new and second hand. What sort of motorhome r u looking for, year etc.

We still havent made our mids up on whether we will attend...loads of stuff we're into going on that weekend in various parts of the country.

But if we do we'll probably be semi-wildcamping on a friend's driveway :D

We're looking for a 6-7 berth and looking at the 20 - 30k price range. However, we don't know enough with regard to models etc.. and from reading through this board we need to check out the layouts and pick one that suits :-)

All the above sell second hand motorhomes. You should go around a few dealers to see what type of one you are looking for i.e. make/layout. we have a 6+1 berth with bunk beds at the back which have really came in useful and we have a big garage at the back for storage with two tables in the front. (that is the type of one we were looking for)- each one is different. Happy hunting!!:D
