Experienced guitarist seeks band in Cork

Hey, I've been playing guitar ten years now (I'm 21) and hoping to set up a band in cork. I listen to alot of music but I suppose bands along the lines of tool, at the drive in, isis, biffy clyro, sikth, dillinger escape plan, a perfect circle, faith no more and rival schools would be all types of music I'd be interested in making. Basically, something a bit crazy.

I'd be looking to work with people around the same age group who have a good few years experience playing their instruments and who'd be able to practice regularly. It would be great to find a drummer, singer and bassist to start with (sorry, not looking for any more guitarists just yet) to start with and then work from there.
