Meteor SE W810i MMS settings

Hi all, I had to reset the factory settings on the 810i as it kept crashing on me. lost the MMS settings as a result, the meteor site has a "send to your phone option" but it will not work for some reason. Can anyone tell me the manual input settings please? NRH
