Firstly please try and not use text speak when posting, a lot of people simply wont respond if you do.

I dont think it is right to ask who the bluffers are and I think if someone knew a lot of the time they would prefere to keep it to themselves so that they can tackle him on the bluffs and not have everybody else at the table doing it at the same time.

I know there are many people well known for their bluffing skills.

The last part of your post is completley player dependent. Obviously everyone who wins a hand while bluffing doesnt know that the other players are definatley going to fold and to the same extent they arent just lucky.
For the most part people who bluff have a reason to bluff, ie. they think that the opponent is weak. Otherwise what is the point of bluffing, it would be an absolutely moronic thing to do.
I think a good bit of advice for you is to read a few poker books, it will increase your knowledge on the game and will find you the answer to questions like this.
Books on hold 'em in general -harrington on hold 'em, supersystem 2 (covers wide variety of poker varients)
books on bluffing related materiel - caros book of tells, (pay particular attention to the bit when he speaks about what to do when playing against a pimped out macdaddy, very relevant to the irish poker scene)

Oh and to answer your original question, one person who constantly bluffs is a guy who plays in the jackpot, youngish guy called mark goes to IT tallaght often wears hoodies you cant miss him, only plays bad cards cant win with good ones...

It's a shame to lock this after shoutman put effort into his reply, fair play.

Ace2007 you should probably read this thread: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055094238

And discussing particular players and how they play isn't really on when they aren't around to defend themselves. PM me if any questions.
