Whats going with NTL and M&M???

    I thought UPC would have started by now and with that, have their bloody loss of channels sorted. Its been over 3 weeks now and M&M is still not back. When contacted they said they were confident it would return. Does anybody or has anybody heard anything new on this current situation and what may happen. I am missing all of Miami Vice season 2 and now with Miami Vice season 3 soon to start I am going to miss that too. I bought NTL for these types of TV shows. Its all there is to look forward to after a hard day - TV today is so crap - bring me back to the 80's when we had escapist TV and each new episode was an event whether it was Dallas, Dynasty, Knight Rider, The A-Team, Cheers, Magnum PI, Falcon Crest, Hart To Hart, The Colbys, The Incredible Hulk or MIAMI VICE!

    Men and Motors was removed from the Chorus and NTL line-ups on the 27th of April due to contractual problems, and there are no plans to re-introduce it.

    Are you absolutely sure about that?.They told me they were confident it would return in a few weeks. If they have ended M&M completely, why is it that they still have the space up on channel 510. In the past any channel they no longer intended to keep for sure, completely dissapeared. This looks like it will return.

    I first phoned NTL and some little girl, sounded 13, told me what you said but when I questioned why, she went off and found out it would be back. Then I e-mailed and somebody of some higher position stated they were confident it would return. I feel it will return but I am curious to learn from people who know more about these things, whether it will be long more.
