    I reckon that'd be more than enough to satisfy my super that I'm "competent" & should be issued a reloading permit.

    Pity it wasn't clear in the video but the guy's brother was doing some awesome arc welding at the bench opposite...........

    Hi Kramer,
    That’s just what I needed right now, a good laugh!
    I wonder what sort of standard deviation he achieves :D
    They should use this as the DOJ training template, anything better than this is acceptable as "competent"
