Ebay Problem

Ok So I won an auction for a bass guitar on ebay over a week ago.

Seller had over 160 transactions and 100% feedback (although only about 10 transactions were as a seller). He wasn't amazing with communication when I was asking him a few questions about the bass before I bid, but it was never more than a day or two before he'd respond to my questions.

So I win the auction a few hours later I get an invoice from him ($760) and then I paid a day or two later. It's been about a week since I paid for this item and I've heard absolutely nothing from him since. I sent him a mail about 2-3 days ago asking him what the story was but I've still heard nothing.

At what stage should I start to get worried and think about launching a complaint? I would much rather get the bass then get my money back.

I think you can launch the complaint after 10 days.Just launch it and he will get an email. If he is genuine he will contact you if not then just put the complaint forward to ebay to sort out.

Yep , all looks legit... file a dispute , tends to sharpen the attention of the seller...

So a couple of hours after posting this thread, I heard back from the seller.

Seems there was a loss in his family and he was busy all week. Item is being sent on Monday.
