looking for the name of a film

    seen a review or soemthing a few weeks ago and i cant remember the name of it for my life.
    basically from what i can remember, this guy returns back to england to find hooliganism out of control and decides to take the law into his own hands..

    any ideas? its a recent movie... not 100% sure if its a top make movie which would hit the cinema's here, but anyway hope you can help!

    Ive seen Outlaw .. it wasnt associated with hooliganism as a football team. It was based on vigilantes.
