weather education links

does ne one hav any good weather education links. i have a basic grasp of meteorology but would be interested in learning more detailed information. id love to b able to pick up a syoptic chart and have a fairly accurate idea of what likely temp, precip., cloud etc will be, that's kind of my end goal with this. oh ya, and…
