What is a stress fracture and how do you get it ? Is it one of those "overuse" type of injuries ? A mate's sister was told that she may have one in her foot ? Not her toes or her heel but in the foot itself ??

Metatarsal fracture, also known as "March fracture". Rest will cure it.
