Best celeb-dominated Simpsons episodes?

Simpsons eps dominated by celebs are usually pretty turgid affairs, but I just watched the RonHoward/AlecBaldwin/KimBasinger episode again and I have to say that I think it holds up well.
    Executive: What else you got?

Ron: Well, well, there is this one thing. It's about a
killer robot driving instructor that travels back in
                   time for some reason.

    Executive: I'm listening.

Ron: Okay, okay, well, you see ... this robot, he's got a
heartbreaking decision to make about whether his best
                   friend lives ... or dies.

    Executive: Eh.

Ron: His best friend's a talking pie!

Executive: Sold! Howard, you've done it again!
[he hands Ron two large bags of money; Ron holds them up
and smiles, as the closing line from the "Happy Days"
                   theme plays]

So which other Simpson celeb cameo's / storylines were handled well in your opinion?

I love the one with U2 and Steve Martin as Ray Patterson, the sanitation comissioner. Steve Martin is one of the best comedy actors going and he pulled this one off very well in my opinion. One of the best episodes ever, it even won an Emmy in 1998.

Bono: You're the real Lord of The Dance Homer [Homer on the big screen getting beaten up by roadies]

Patterson: Sorry I'm late, (accusingly to Homer) somebody tampered with my brakes.
Homer: Well you should have been on time then
Chief Wiggum: HA! HA! He got you there Ray.

A few good ones, Leonard Nimoy in the Monorail episode. :)
Nimoy (on the monorail, watching eclipse): A solar eclipse... the cosmic ballet... goes on.
Man sitting next to Nimoy: Anyone wanna switch seats?

I liked the bit in that episode with U2 when homer sneeks into the gig.

    bouncers : who are you?
    homer : potato man
bouncers : where have you been!!

    makes me laugh :o

I really enjoyed the Monorail episode, especially the part of Leonard Nimoy, very funny.
Nimoy: My work here is done
Man standing beside him: But you didn't do anything.
    Nimoy: Didn't I?
Also, the one where Homer sees a 'ghost', and Mulder and Scully come to investigate. That was very good too.
Moe: "Jeez! It's the Feds!" :D

George Harrison appearing in 'Homers Barbershop quartet'...the entire episode, i think, is great, but when they do the rooftop gig and Harrison swings by in the Limo and just mutters 'Tch - it's been done', is one of the great underplayed lines in the show!

(i grant you, the episode isn't exactly celeb dominated...there's 2 in it)

I thought the one with Patrick Stewart and the Stonecutters was a good one. :D

Also the one where Kelsey Grammar and David Hyde-Pierce reprise their roles as Frasier and Niles, except as Sideshow Bob and Cedric, is a wonderful example of getting guests and making the most of them...

Leonard Nimoy: Thats all, Keep watching the Sky's...

Camera Man: Mr Nimoy, there's still 10 minutes left!!!

Leonard Nimoy: Oh, just...let me get something from my car..

<He runs to the car and you here it tearing off.......and the cameraman steps in>

    I love that episode!!!!!
