While I'm waiting for inspiration to hit, I thought I'd bard it up a bit in here with a little something I like to call,

    Ode to a Blue_Lagoon

    Oh Blue_Lagoon,
Whose hilly bumps cause men to fall
    like goats into a lagoon
    a lagoon filled with blueness.

    Oh Blue_Lagoon,
Hair bright like the finest straw, the shaplest silk,
    who hast crossed an ocean
    in search of better things

    Oh Blue_Lagoon,
    Who's eyes are...blue
Who carries an ass that will never quit
    And legs like Theron.
    (maybe)

    I <3 Blue Lagoon. ;):D:p

    In modelled clothes
    Leav'in Dior hint
    It's Bad B!ue
    Play'in it tuff

    Java brown eyes
    Behind dark shades
    Like Aeon Flux
    Without the fluff

    Look'in for lad
    Mighty Joe Young
    Beast for beauty
    But in white cuff

    With humour too
    A Peter Sellers'
    He would play
    Till last day's puff

    So bard away
    The Monster within
    If Brian ye be
    Or had enough?

I will maintain a healthy amount of skepticism when I capture the beautiful rebel and she claims she is attracted to my power and good looks and will gladly betray her companions if I just let her in on my plans.

    Blue

    By The Rigger

    Oh Blue_Lagoon,

So blue'y, blue Lagoon, so blue, oh so blue, such a rich shade of blue'y.....blue'ness,
like a deep blue... coloured sweater, made of blue, blue wool,
laying on a old table, that was painted blue.... by some...old....black dude...
    ....whose nickname was 'Old Blue'.

wade in at noon midst the Blue Lagoon
a warm and soft kiss in which I'm consumed.
the push of swells in the gentle brine
messages muscles and loosens my mind
and so I swim forgetting time

    For the blue blue lagoon,
    these boys create tunes,
    marking there lines
    with accents rhyme,

    Spending their night,
    Creating a song,
    Full of sweetness and light
    full of sentiment strong

    And all of a while,
    little blue drifts along
    eight hours behind
    And sleeping so sound

    Good night little blue,
    A lady quite fine
    May you be wonderfully happy
    On American land!

Two golden spheres in the one night sky
One lights up tomorrow, the other tonight.
    They follow each other
    Past brushed on clouds.
    the sky starts to darken
    like milk in coco pops.

A private dance that all can see,
    but they do so anyway
    rushing to their hidden home
breaking through in shafts of light
One pushes the seed to sprout,
    and feeds the belly.
    the other nourishes the body,
    and fills the heart.

    The first successful human flight

The first successful human flight was made in a hot air balloon. In 1783, two French brothers by the name of Montgolfier created a giant linen and paper balloon. In November of that year, they filled it with hot air and sent two friends into the sky above Paris. The balloon is reported to have traveled 5 miles.
