Can anyone recomend a program that can resize images in batches? I've got tons of images to resize for a website. A downloadable free option would be nice.

If you're using Windows, IrfanView will do the job nicely. Be careful though - I've overwritten my originals using this in the past, so backup first !

Im using "Visualiser Photo Resize". Free and easy. And really hard to over write your originals.

if you're using photoshop - use a custom action.

if you need just 'basic' resize ,try to use 'windows resizer', download from microsoft.com, and you'll have resizer in 'right click' mouse button.
But you can loose some pict. quality...
