I just noticed my own dentist offers this service, basically pay off your dental treatment monthly. Might be attractive to people who are finding it difficult to pay high dental fees in the Republic. http://easycare.ie/

Also seems to be a really good list of laser eye clinics, couple of which I hadn't seen before......probably as a result of the sketchy eye sight!
