Was just thinking there today, as you do when your in the middle of your exams, and have obviously nothing better to do like studying....

The "D L" system helps descibe the structure of amino acids. Each amino acid has two possible stereoisomers. An amino acid is in the D(extrorotatory) position when the amino group is on the right and in the L(evorotatory) position when the amino group is on the left. Thus, amino acids and other biomoecules have "split-personalities", acting one way in the D form and a totally different way in the L form yet they both have the same chemical composition.

I think you can see where im going with this.....just like Jessica/Niki. And what a coincidence that her husband is D.L. Or is it a coincidence :O

Eh, i could see it working out that but do you think that there should be some sort of correlation between powers/parents?

I know a man and a woman who have same hair color can have a child with a completely different hair colour but one would assume that if you have great strength and your husband can walk through walls, should the child not be some sort of hybrid? able to do both, very effective in combat.

What we have not seen yet is the effect of gravity can dl fall though the floor then rise back through the floor behind the other person. maybe when you go out of phase to pass though walls it shifts you out of phase with gravity so you don’t fall through the floor but that does not explain how he does not start floating when he passes though something, hmmmmm

Actually there was a really cheesy Sci-Fi called "Cleopatra 2525" where the bad guy (a clown) explains how the phasing tech works and why he doesn't fall through the floor. Best explanation ever.

Shame the show sucked unless you just want to watch for the scantly clad women (apprantly in 2525 clothes don't exist)
