exactly as described in the title. It just stops in the middle of a large print job.
The paper def isn't damp or anything and oki there doesn'ty seem to be any info around on the net including okis site.

Hopefully someone around here knows something about these?

    Cheers.

    Hi Workaccount,

I remember answering a question on Micropay during the week from you and I was wondering if this is the program that is generating the printing issue for you and if it is the payslips.

If it is, here is as short an answer as I can give.

    1. Change the emulation of the Oki printer to Epson FX emulation.
    2. I seem to remember that with this emulation, use the Epson FX286e driver (but check the manual).
    3. When you have setup this driver, switch on the direct print in the driver.
    4. Go into Micropay and into reports and select the payslip option.
    5. Make sure that you have Continuous Payslips selected.
    6. Then select the setup button and select the Epson driver.
    7. Also make sure that the direct print option is selected at the bottom of the setup page.
    8. Make sure there are no values in the Margins (from left or from top).

If it is Micropay that you are having the issue with try this. With the direct print option, you do not have to worry about what page size is selected.

Other things you should check in the printer is that the Skip Over Perforation is NOT turned on.

Let me know if this helps and indeed if it is Micropay that you are having the printing issue with.

    Good luck.

    D
