Live Pot limit Cash Game 1 / 2 at the Fitz

    UTG (€300)
Hero (€1000) dealt AcJc in 4th position
Player A (€1000) in the cuttoff position
    Villain (€400) on the button

    Player A seems solid
Villain is normally aggressive and slightly loose.

    Preflop
    UTG limps
    Hero raises to 10
    Player A re-raises 25
    Villain calls
    UTG calls
    Hero calls

Flop: Jh 7c 5c Pot €112 giving Hero TPTK with the nut flush draw

    UTG bets 15
    Hero raises to 50
    Player A calls 50
Villain re-Raises to 330 (pot bet)
    UTG folds

Action to Hero??? Player A is still to act behind and has me covered

I don't think you should raise he flop because of how deep you guys are and all the other people in the hand.

I agree with pok3rplaya, but if I did raise it would be a pot size raise. A played I'm not too worried about the Villain in the hand, I'm getting all-in with him, what matters here is the "solid" player A, any more information on him, what's he flat calling your re-raise with??

Its an all in for me cant see player a calling you after flat calling the 50.Villain has 70 left so by raising were presuming well be heads up.He might have a sett if so u still have outs, however live in town tp nut flush draw is an allin reraise for every time barringa serious read on aplayer so ship it.

definitely just call the flop bet, you're so deep, plus you have the pf rrr behind you, all you're doing is increasing the sized bet he can make.

I think you should fold here, I'd probably get it in against the 330 raiser, but with two other players behind, I think it's a fold.

maybe I'm way off and being too nitty here tho.

I think you are clearly behind here most of the time, and having the initial preflop re-raiser behind you doesn't help. As pok3rplaya says above, the raise on the flop isn't good I think.

I probably fold a lot here in a deep cash game.

Wait I didn't see the caller behind us. What I do now depends a lot on that guy and how he plays.

    What actually happened:

    I called (hee-haw!!) , Player A folded Aces. I got all-in against villain who showed QQ (hee-haw!!)

    Obviously I missed my flush-draw

ffs make some effort to comprehend the advice you are getting before you just post the results.

It's like you just wanted to tell us a story about this hand you played the other night.

    ehhhhh, thats just rude...

why do you think I waited until I got responses before posting the result? I did comprehend your answers.

I learned that my preflop raise was too aggressive, and my flop raise was far too aggressive... and that my call made me a donkey.

Right sorry. I'm just saying there's a bunch of other stuff to discuss about this hand if you could give us more info instead of results. It's actually a very interesting hand.

Ok, I should have waited for more discussion before posting result.

I realised after this hand how solid Player A actually was. This would usually be a good laydown for the Aces, in the face of massive strength.

I actually put the villain on a low set, and called for my flush (which is a regular leak I need to fix). I’m a bit too LAG in live play, but can play tighter online for some reason

    is this 10 handed?

interesting hand with nice deep stacks

as you already know: dont raise the flop bet and call the allin if you wish to gamble

pokaplaya may be blunt but makes a good point about putting results in too early - kinda kills the discussion
