    its was very funny tonight especially the first part, they were having a laugh, the rose one was useful for being the butt of jokes but asking obviously questions to ivan yates, like maxwell doing he's unexpected inciteful comments bit.

    anyone else think karl spain is a waste on space on the show? he just sits there and says barely anything, never mind something funny...

    Completely agree, theres no comparision between his contribution to the show and that of others. Ed is no loss, didn't find him that funny at all. The show isnt the same without Daragh though! Delamer rules the show for me!

    I think Neil Delamare is possibly the best on the show when Colin is hosting .... Maxwell and Spain are waste of space with only the odd funny joke ...

    As much as I want to hate everything RTÉ does that's "comedy" (The State Of Us for example, it's as appalling as the Madrid train bombings) I find it hard to dislike The Panel. They have some good gags and it's always entertaining, without fail. I don't cringe watching it (...and having a hot girl showing off cleavage doesn't hurt it either).

    Saw an interview with Daire. He will be back. He is just not available for the election specials, due to work commitments in the UK.

    Wasnt she one of the 'Roses' & she's a rocket scientist as well, how funny can they be?

    I'd like to see Maeve Higgins on the show when she finishes her stint in OZ, here she is on Tubridy Tonight

    The man himself will be on Parky in 2 weeks time & here he is on Tubridy, Coincidentally he was on a week later!
