AA - 55 times : - $18
KK - 62 times : - $266
QQ - 69 times : - $314
AKs - 32 times : + $66
JJ is + $570.
AKo + $757
previous 22k hands i was up 9k with the above0

Looking at those stats it looks like your having trouble letting go of big pairs.
Look back over your history and revise how your AA/KK/QQ hands played out and see if you should have have let them go.
Compare the amount of times you won v's the ammount of time you should have let them go v's sick beats0 -
