Ok, im sitting at my desk in work trying to look busy and doing no work at all and I suddenly have a philisophical inspiration.

We work to get money to buy food to give us energy to work.

I feel im kinda being screwed over by life

If you're working to give you enough money to return to work, then you're in the wrong profession.

1. Work shouldn't necessarily be a chore. You should generally enjoy what you're doing (everyone has bad days, and "I just want a holiday" days. Even professional atheletes).

2. Even if you do love your work, there's no reason why it should be the be-all and end-all. If work is directly or indirectly consuming your time, when you could be doing leisure activities, then you're probably also in the wrong profession.
