Probably wont be released in europe, so set up an american account and download them from their store. They have much more stuff for download and its updated more often than the dead eu store.

the problem lies in not having a US credit card

where'd you get that information? the last ps3 update made some headway to europe getting ps1 downloads, the next one will go further. we were actually supposed to get ps1 downloads first, but there was some economics being thrown around so america/japan got 'em first (there are more ps3's there)...

why do you need an american credit card, thats nonsense. I bought mortal kombat 2 with my irish card no bother.

AFAIK there is a limit of $50 on purchases in the US Playstation Store before your address is checked.

If you are only purchasing a small number of downloads, then it shouldn't be a problem using a non-US credit card.

On a side note, Sony are hosting a 3 day 'gamers' event for gaming press this week in the US. There is a n embargo on any information from the event being published anywhere before midnight on Thursday, which has led to speculation that there is 'something big' on the cards announcement wise. Not saying that that relates to Europe at all, but we can hope.

Finally, the PS Store was down for an 'upgrade' last week, so perhaps we can expect some additions by the end of the month.
