Hi, what position is one in if a judge in a Spanish court agrees to embargo a builders' assets in lieu of a full trial, but a condition of the embargo is a stipulation that the person seeking the embargo must put in place with the courts a considerable bond amount.

What if the claimant wants to retrieve the bond amount at any time, whether the trial is complete or not?

What, if any, costs, fees, penalties, conditions might be applied in that situation?
