another video editing software... thats free?

    my windows movie maker has been broken for ages now and it is beyond fixing .... but is there any other free software like this ..i just want to be able to edit vidoes make slideshows out of pictures and add music ect. for posting on bebo and youtube
    any info ?

    I'd say you could download Microsoft Video Editor again and just re-install it.

    yeah, i downloaded the 2nd one but the same happens.. its still on my system but everytime i open it its frozen and closes "due to technical reasons"

    Have you uninstalled the initial Movie Maker first?
