Apologies if this information is available elsewhere, but I checked the online documentation of both sites & couldn't find the relevant information:

Can I lodge money to PPP/GJP using a CC (for example) then withdraw to Neteller, or do I have to withdraw back to the same method?

the only site i have found that allows you to deposit using any option and withdraw using any option has been Noble poker.

Anyone know why sites restrict the amount of methods you can deposit and withdraw?

One question, with PPP can I withdraw money from Paddy power shops?

Because if you deposited from a card you didn't own, you could easily steal money from that card by depositing from it and withdrawing to a payment method that you do own (another card, neteller etc).
