    Your netmask 255.255.255.248 doesn't match /28 , could cause you hassle, should be .240 for /28

    Assuming you mean /28 then thats a 28 bit address or .240
    256-240=16 which means networks as follows:

    16 32 48 64 80 96 112 128 144 160 etc (well actually 0 too,)

    You're interested in 160 so this is your network address and not usable. The next network address is 176, so your broadcast address is one back, 175.

    Therefor, your usable addresses are 194.124.73.161 - 194.124.73.174
