i was just reading one of the scumbag related threads and i thought of ASBOs,
according to the times they came into force in january, now i've read a broadsheet newspaper nearly everyday this year, but i cant remember any mentions of the auld asbo. are the guards actually using them? or did they get pulled at the last min?

I thought ASBO's were a uk only thing? Anyway they dont work very well there anyway.

They introduced them for over 18s in January. ASBOs for under-18s were introduced a few months later. They're probably not in long enough for a lot of people to clock them up.

None have actually been given to people yet, a few kids are on the verge of getting them and more adults are. The guards dont give them out anyway, only a judge can.
