If you go into USIT, they have information sheets for all those countries.

The standard ones for S.E Asia (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia) are tetanus, diphtheria, polio (usually given in a single injection, "revaxis") and hepatitis A and typhoid (usually given in a single injection, "viatin"). Hepatitis B is also recommended if you're there for an extended stay, although it may be too late for you to start the course of injections now (think you need to begin three months beforehand? not sure though).

Best thing is to go see your doctor and ask them what you need.

I'm moving to China in three weeks to work in Beijing. Getting my shots with the Tropical Medicine Bureau on Thursday. Website is really good, have a look at the areas you are going to, it will tell you what vaccs you need and there is a price list too. Enjoy your hols! www.tmb.ie
