looks like flash but isn't .. what is it!?

    it doesn't actually look like flash.
    Is called onmouseover effect image swaping and can be achieved with CSS, and in this case some javascript + ajax to change the center text area.

    If you want a similar effect (not as flashy) you could use an innerhtml script with a bit of CSS. It doesn't look as good but its pretty nice.
