Where are you planning on buying your oil?

You should be able to convert that car for around 500 for a two tank kit.
    You will need:
    1 pollak six port valve - 69 euro (http://stores.ebay.ie/BioSmart-Products-Store)
    1 flat plate heat exchanger - 53 euro (http://stores.ebay.com/BioSmart-Products-Store)
    Heated filter - 100 euro (http://www.biotuning.co.uk/ShopFilters.htm)
Misc heater and fuel hoses, wiring etc - 50 euro
2nd tank and associated fittings - 100 euro

That would get you going with a basic system that should run fine on high quality oil in moderate weather.
If you're hoping to use lesser quality oil and / or run in very cold temperatures you'll want to look at line and / or tank heaters & possibly some electrical heat also.
