Did anybody else see this yesterday (sun 13/5)?

It was just after the woodies exit from the N4 going west. A guy in a green punto and a guy in a silver ford focus got out and had a punch up in the traffic! The girlfriend of the guy in the silver ford dragged her boyf back into the car.

    Anybody know what started it?

Come on now... Do two guys really need a reason to get out of their cars and beat each other senseless? Has it really come to this?

    Amateurs.

Should have pretended to get out of the car, jumped back in and ran the other guy over.

I didnt see it. But I have seen it before, its a pretty regular occurrence. Alot of angry people use that road. I saw very good dust up near the turn off for Newcastle, one guy ended up with his head split. You see something differant nearly everyday, "its like a box of chocolates". Angry Irish chewing their steering wheels, looking for someone to bate the head off !

I'd say it was Punto man who started it all. Twas probably his miss's car, and there was probably something wrong with it which he'd been telling her to get checked for weeks.

    I blame the parents tbh

Ya don't know what year the punto was by any chance?

Anybody silly enough to buy a Fix It Again Tomorrow Punto deserves a slap imo.

    i seen it all,
the guy in the silver focus has been saving money for two years for a sex change, the guy in the green punto was the doctor about to do the surgery.
the focus fella was in woodies when he seen the doc buying DIY equipment, the doc told him that this was the equipments for the operation. focus fella lost the plot when he looked in the trolley and seen a chainsaw, garden shears and double-sided sticky tape.
the doc made a run for it but focus fella was wearing high heels and couldn't keep up, the doc jumped in his punto and drove away, focus fella caught up with him at the traffic lights and they went at it. Focus fella's girlfriend (i think her name is Kevin) pulls him back in the car, they then head back to woodies to buy the equipment the doc was buying and they have a go at the operation themselves in the garden shed.

So the next time you see something like this happen, remember it might not be just road rage.

Lets add Micra's, Yaris and boy-racer Civic's to that too.

Coming out of Electric Picnic last year, i was driving my cool Fiat Punto (it was a classy one and served me well til last wednesday when a wall put paid to it, thats another story). Anyway was driving out the car park and was sorta sliding in the muck, revvin a lot, but getting there. There was a typical smartass dub, can in hand, at the exit. Took one look at my overstretched, under pressure Fiat and comes out with:

"Aaahh look at yer man, Fix It Again in the Morning"

Was halfway down the road before i copped what he was on about the thick ****er

Seen a funny one when in traffic driving passed a van with one fairly big bloke leaning out trying to argue with the person in front, the guy in front in a smallish car had a tiny slit in his window where he had his mouth and was screaming abuse at the other guy, this was in clondalkin so you can imagine..So funny.. :D
