    Hey all,

Recently purchased a SAMSUNG LE32R87BDX, love the Tv its great.

My problem is with my own setup, I have the NTL Cable going straight into the back of the TV but Im finding that some of the channels just look really poor. I have tried Manual and Fine tuning but to no avail I simply cant get the picture to look better.

Is it possible to get some sort of box that amplifys the cable signal and makes it look better on the TV or if I got a HD DVD player and sent the cable signal though that, would that improve the picture?

    Any help/pointers appreciated.

analogue signal is crap in most peoples home. go for ntl digital, it will be much better.

you can get an upscaling dvd recorder that will amplify your signal. but if your signal is bad, it will amplify all the bad stuff too.

Thanks Moe, I might just look at going Digital I will have to cover it with the people I share the Appt with.

Would Digital make that much of a difference?
