I just got a DS Lite & R4 card last week, and have downloaded a random selection of games for it, some good, some not so!

What games would you all recommend for a 23yr old guy and a 21yr old girl?!

    No Pokemon/Final Fantasy stuff tho!

    Cheers, Barry.

Elite beat agents, tetris, meteos, mario kart, 42 all time classics, mario slam basketball and cooking mama lol. They should keep you entered for a while.

new super mario bros.,super mario 64 ds,yoshi's island 2,metroid prime hunters.
I think you should at least try the new pokemon game,it's surprisingly good:D

is the metroid game really that good?
didn't love the GC one that much, there was a bit too much on the adventure side, wandering, scanning etc etc

id say the multipleayer would rock though!

I'm playing Hotel Dusk, Trauma Centre, Mario Vs Donkey Kong 2, Tetris, Meteos, Another Code, Star Wars Episode 3 and Age Of empires at the moment. Bit older than yourself and played the new Pokemon for the first time yesterday and I'm hooked on it. Defo worth a try.

I'd like to add Picross to the list. Think it's just come out for the Euro market (I'm sure I saw it in Gatwick airport at the weekend) but I've been playing the Jap version for the last few weeks, no Japanese required (Gamefaqs has a basic menu description). It's a very difficult game to describe but when it clicks, it's all sorts of addictive.

I endorse picross too.... Fantastic puzzle game and a great timewaster. Lovely interface too.

Puzzle Quest is the only DS game you truly need. It's like crack in puzzle form.

Got a good selection now, Pheonix Wright, Hotel Dusk, Trauma Centre, Mario Kart, Tetris, Another Code, Age Of Empires.....

Still cant believe how easy using an R4 is! And how easy getting the roms is! I'm surprised Nintendo actuall sell and games at all!

You may want to be careful there, the talk of roms is very very dodgy.
And if they didn't sell games, there'd be no money to make games.
So if you like a game or want it do the decent thing and buy it!
