Quick Bios Question

Was away for a few days and when I turned the PC on I got a message on start up saying that the system settings were wrong - I fixed the time in the bios and it started normally. Next time I started up the PC same message had to set system time again to get the pc to start. Does this mean that the motherboard battery needs…
