This indicates if someone is aggressive on a particular street or overall but i think it calculates it based on something on the lines of bet+raise/call. But if someone is min raising or min betting almost everytime would they still have a high a stat as someone RR hard and betting the pot everytime and if so is there a stat that indicates strength of betting into a pot??

Off the top of my head I don't think there is. But it's an easy enough note to put on a players profile. There's alot of players on Ipoker Omaha that make min or small raises preflop so they appear to be very very aggro preflop, when in reality they are just making frequent small raises.

Yeah but it would be a good stat for judging a players hand, if he was allocated a % of the pot for how he bet for example:

He bets 3/4 of the pot on the flop hes betting aggression would be 75% if he bet the pot he would get 100%. If he min betted he would get a small percentage say 5%. After a while youll be able to see how aggressive hes betting pattern is and if hes usually a 60% betting average and all of a sudden he bets the pot the alarms would sound.

It would be more useful on the turn and river really because continuation bets would distort the stats and you obviously would need a seperate stat for each street.

it probably wouldn't be hard to record info on average bet amount, reletive to BB. Somebody with a Bet amount of 1.5 is less aggressive than somebody with a bet amount of 4.0
Used in conjunction with the agression it would give a better indictation of a player

Yep using them in conjunction would be a good way but i dont think you could use the BB as an indicator, i think the % of the pot as a better indicator.

For example lets take 2 scenarios, we raise 3x blind and have 2 callers. 6 bb in the pot someone bets 6bb

Next hand same to people and we have a raise and RR and a 4 bet and theres 25bb in the pot, if they bet 1/4 of the the pot thats a weak bet but yet its regarded as the the same aggressiveness as the first bet i.e 6 bb

Maybe you could up with some forumula where you'd take into account how many BB the was in the pot for the flop because betting the full pot into an unraised pot isnt as strong as betting 3/4 pot into a raised pot. Again i think this would be a great stat for the turn and river more than the flop.

I was thinking in terms of BBs preflop.
If you were goin to do it, if possible
    might as well do both
preflop aggression, average bet as no. of BBs
postflop aggression, average bet as a % of pot
