Maplin Derry - Opening specials

    Might be of interest to people in the North and North West.

    Maplin opened in Derry today, and had some offers.

    Offers include:
    2GB USB flash drive £9.99 (first 100)
    Seagate 400GB external HDD £70 (first 20)
    10.4" DVB/Analogue LCD £80 (first 50)
    3MP DV camera £50 (first 15)
    Digital electrical multimeter £6 BOGOF

    Also selling a DVB-T settop box for £10 (first 50), though only of use to those who can receive DTT signals.

    These offers are on Saturday, but duplicated again for Sunday. I was there at 4pm today, no Seagate HDD's left, though did pick up a 2gig flashdrive and 10" LCD which doesn't seem to be too bad.
