    You need to register with a on line photo site like photobucket.com "it's free"
    This allows you to browse your shots from their site and upload which ever ones you want.When you have uploaded a shot in their site they give you a URL link,copy this link,come on here click on the small yellow photo icon in the toolbar above where you write your posts,paste your URL and that's it.
