Nice find.

Won't happen here, it should of happened 5 years ago when speculation started the whole mess.

That law would not be good for the likes of Frank Fahy, Ivor Callely who own many properties in this country and especially that property developer magnate Jerry Beades is on FF national executive....the hint here is FF the controlling party are too close to construction industry.

It would make sense to introduce a law like that in all housing markets(germany has a high penal tax to stop speculation hence no bubble there), greed is root cause of bubbles hence the existence of speculators.
