Anybody know which sites are the best for both low rake % and rakeback deals? It might be the same for all but to me full tilt's rates are extortionate

I think you can get up to 60% on b2b, prima and the OnGame network but someone else will have to provide links/info

http://www.worldpokerexchange.com is a rakefree site, I played it for a small bit and although the standard might be a bit higher at the lower levels it is still very much beatable, not too much traffic on it last time I was on it though. But that said it was a long time ago.

i think you may have posted the wrong link. That website is about business training and consulting services.

They hope that it will attract players to the sportsbook part of their business.

I played there before last year and the standard was above average but still beatable at 5./1 and 1/2 nl. It hasn't really taken off though and you usually have a max of three tables at any level at peak times.

If you are looking for a rakeback deal, put a line in your sig (click UserCP at the top of the page), asking for people to pm you with offers.

Helpful sites for bonuses/rb I've used are pokerlistings.com and bonuswhores.com although I haven't used them in quite a while. I'll lock this now as these threads tend to attract shills and spam.
