    Depends on the price of the house if it was 1,000,000 no it it was 370 then yes.

    However an offer is an offer depends wether you want the house or not

    Well you've nothing to lose with a bid but tbh I think anything less than 15% of the asking price and you'd be lucky!

    Go for it just say your funds will not stretch any higher. Otherwise you look like a bit of a vulture and they not sell to you on principle. All they can say is no.
