FAT32 formatting

Hi, I just recieved an 80GB HDD player. The manual states that I should format the drive using FAT32. However, I can only seem to format it using an NTFS format. Can anyone tell me how ot format in FAT32 please? Cheers, Ted.

FAT32 can only be formated up to 32GB within Windows I believe. Dunno what the work around is.
