Renault Clio problem

    Lads,
    My sisters '98 Clio is cutting out on her all the time.

    Problem started recently enough (last couple of weeks) and has been gradually getting worse, initial symptoms were slugishness, accelerating slower than usual (which I didn't think was possible with a Clio!) and has got to the stage where it is cutting out in traffic (restarts ok after though).

    I don't know much about car maintanence but If i was to make a guess it sounds like a fuel pump problem, does anyone have any ideas what it migh be?

    Also are there any good Indy's in the Castleknock/Blanch area that someone could recommend. The Renalut dealers in the area are massively expensive.
