Been trying to change the diverts on my O2 phone since Tuesday. No luck tried in other phone and tried with codes ##62#, etc . But get "not executed" or "At present not possible". Been on to cus care and she said she would disable my mailbox but that hasn't happened either.

Anybody know what's up or had similar.

on SE you can only divert to voicemail. might that be the problem?

You have to call customer care on Speakeasy. She probably forgot to disable it, so call again.

Yeah got onto cus care again and this time she fixed it. Speakeasy can only divert to voice mail, and a change of diverts can only be done by cus care. Very restrictive. Was abroad last week and being a poor cheapskate wanted to divert all my calls to a dead number so as not to incur the cost of a roaming voice-mail, left it to late, but now I know. By the way anybody going to Germany who has a german connection, i.e. somebody registered there can pick up an Aldi sim for €15 with 10 credit. Registration, a must, can be done online in a few minutes, also if the person registering it already has an Aldi Sim. Calls to to other Aldi customer are 4cents and 14cents to other networks. Don't have 3g but they have PAYG data packages as well.

Actually, it is possible to turn off all diverts on Speakeasy, but it needs to be done by customer care.
