Secure Information Manager

Hey all,
I'm looking for a piece of software that will essentially allow me to create separate files regarding account, router, bank information, etc.... It needs to be able to securely store ip information, passwords, comments, chunks of information if need be, using a master password and decent encryption on the files.

I’ve had a look around and found plenty of programs that claim to do this but there are so many of them that I don’t know which to choose. If anybody has been using a program they’d recommend it would be appreciated. I have way too many numbers, passwords, pins, access codes etc… floating around in my head to manage, it’d be nice to have them all in once place. I was thinking about just writing them down in a good quality notebook but am a little bit worried that it could go missing or worse if it was stolen.

I’m more than willing to pay for the program, once it’s secure and comfortable to use.

So any suggestions are welcome.
