PS3 Trade-In Prices?

Hey,

Does anyone know the trade in prices for PS3 games I wouldnt mind trading in NHL and then buying it again for 28euro on play.com thats if the trade price is good.Anyway has anyone traded in a game and what price did they get?..

In GAME, generally if the PS3 game is on the shelf for 60 euro the trade in value is 40. If it's 75 you're looking at 45. Those were what it was like when I was last in work, might've changed though.

do you think they will ever cop on to play.com's price for NHL and NBA? i got amped 3 on the 360 when it was 17euro then a few weeks later they only offered me 17euro for it but had been in trading before that and got more..gonna order NBA and might trade in NHL lol..

saw an add outside some shop today (i think it was game GAME) saying that you could trade in any ps3 game and get one for 20 euro.

However in the small print it said *offer excludes Genji and NHL 07. I don't know does that mean NHL 2k7 though

damn they must be on to it...genji and nhl are 28euro on play.com (well genji is 31euro)

im thinking about trading in Splinter Cell: Double Agent but it was already 2nd hand when i got it so would they no its 2nd hand by some barcode thing? or would i get a normal price as if i had it new?

Game and gamestop actually mark the barcodes with marker to show that they are 2nd hand (as far as I know), I don't think that xtravision do , sometimes they don't even check them, just check the title name.

I'm pretty sure 2nd hand games trade in at the same price.

And GAME (at least in my shop) don't mark the barcode.

Maybe it's different in different stores. I think the Limerick GAME does because I got deux ex invisible war and Halo from them pre-owned a couple of years ago and both had s/h ore something similar written in marker over their barcodes.

hey i have a 63 euro credit for gamestop how about you give me splinter cell plus 15 euro for it? was going to get that game...gamestop dont give cash for trade ins afaik..and everyone else (GAME etc) dont give cash to u18s AFAIK
