Think the lecturers will just email you about it during the summer, it is very unformal so don't worry about it.

Not in the least bit worried. lol. It's just I have a holiday booked to New York in July and wondering how strict they are with dates and stuff. Want to find out asap when the thing is just to give plenty of time to try re-arrange if it clashes with my holiday

Hrm, June 12th is in my head for some reason so maybe its about then. Best bet is to email your INTRA co-ordinator and ask them anyway. If you know exactly when you're going I'm sure they can fit the visit around that anyway. If you're working in Dublin its not like its going to be hard for them to come out to you.

Cheers. If I don't hear anything by the end of this month then I'll ring the intra office and see what I can find out

Sure at times they don't even come out. I know 1 person who had a lecturer just ring and ask then question for few minutes because they couldn't be bothered coming out, it wasn't far or anything either.
I also heard that lecturer told someone I care as little about this as you do so yeah I imagine they will be flexible.

I was wondering if its worth complaining to your intra person... or does it just cause hassle that isnt worthwhile...?

All that is covered in the INTRA handbook. I believe they suggest you talk it up with your employer first of all and then if that avenue fails go to the INTRA office and let the lecturer know.

Meh, sounds too much like effort. Guess I can just put up with it like every other smuck,

Tell them whats wrong Jess, its worth it in the long run. You've what, 5 months still left on Intra? Five months of a sucky job really sucks.

Ciarán will come in and talk to your boss first, then he'll talk to you about random stuff for about 10 minutes. Its grand! Also its a 10 minute break from regular work:)

Oh God, it's Ciaran that comes into us? Bleh. And I havent spoken irish in ages, I'm gonna be so slow...
What can he do though, even if I do complain! HE'll probably tell me it's great experience!
