driving to college this morning i wondered the question after spotting a few dogs being a bit cheeky on the road.... acting the bollix really... can dogs have a scumbag attitude?

saw 2 little dogs in a not so affluent area of south dublin, running into a shop and stealing a baguette.

    something to think about??????

Scumdogs? Well I'd imagine they'd have roughly the same IQ as a scumbag would so why not :D

well dogs take after their owners so it stands to rerason that Scumbags will have scumdogs

Strangley I think people would be less in favour of having the Scumdogs put down than their owners.

well if the dogs had celtic tops on and were driving scramblers over greenfield sites then yea they were scumbags.........

    and

if the dogs had rat tashes and basball hats halway up their heads and a pair of 140 euro air max dancing down the street.......

not getting into the whole scumbag arguement, just wanted to see if animals will act int he same way as their owners

The difference being that the dogs can probably be retrained :)

easy now people, i think that maybe your being a bit harsh on the dogs here.

Sure they may look, smell, act and even wear celtic jerseys like scumbags but at least they can be trained!

Remember you cant teach a scumbag new tricks, or any tricks for that matter!

You can neuter dogs, but not scumbags. I think it should be both. The scumbags are multiplying quicker than gremlins in a swiming pool out west Dublin.

There actually IS a dog who wears a celtic top.he belongs to a fat,red-faced tub of lard that drinks in the Temple in dorset street and they can both be seen on match days, the owner slobbering warm pints and smoking, the dog urinating against the table legs.

There's a guy who walks two huskeys around Dublin city centre (haven't seen him in ages though....) - he has celtic jerseys on both of them. Lovely dogs, but they look terribly tacky.

We had two dogs like the OP's description. One thought he was above the law and the other would be like a low down member of a criminal gang. The former thought he owned the town and one day feeling a bit pechish ran into the neighbours house as the neighbour was sitting down to dinner, he is a mechanic and was called out to the garage as he was about to munch into the grub. When he returned a few minutes later he found that his plate was completely clean, the bacon and cabbage his missus had put out was gone and the cutlery not touched. He was fairly p*ssed when he went outside after arguing with his missus about the missing dinner and found our dog lookin up at him laughing at him with a big trace of brown sauce around his lips.

I will tell the story of the other dog (the crimnal one) later, he was even worse.

I've met him, they're lovely dogs. You won't meet anyone that loves their dogs more.

can we get away from dogs wearing any type of clothing that is a topic on its own, and get back to dogs that are trying to be scumbags, eg walking out infront of cars whislt taking their time to cross... standing on corners looking like **** etc....

They should be all put down....

.... and the dogs should be retrained and sent to loving homes.
