I find Rabo-Bank to be very useful and hassle free. I get paid into my AIB account and can give the order on Rabo-Banks website to transfer a certain amount of cash from my AIB account into my Rabo-Bank account and vice versa.

With Rabo Bank there are no minimum balances and no notice periods for withdrawal. Your money can easily be moved back and forth between different banks on the internet without any hassle. (not trying to sound like an advertisement, but I do genuinely think it’s a good service).
