Dealing with Creative

    Ok so I had a problem with the radio on my zen, no big deal. Contacted Creative and they said send it back.

    So off I went and sent it off to Creative on the 28th of April via registered post.

    Got an email from Creative last Friday (4th May) to say that they still hadn't received my Zen and I had to send it on etc.

    Now checked track and trace and my zen was delivered to them on the 30th of April.

    Emailed Creative twice with this info but no response.

    Just wondering anyone had this problem with Creative before and did you get a replacement easily enough? (heading to America in 5 weeks so this is a slightly pressing issue)
